RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic liner intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygienic liner has been removed or if the item shows any signs of wear, use, washing, damage, stains, odors, or stretching.
- To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bytheseacollective.com Returns must be requested and approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Sale items (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
International Returns
Please note that international orders are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Additional Terms
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions or show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or abuse.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that deliveries can be received securely.
By completing a purchase with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Any requests outside of these terms may be declined.
